Tea Syrup

I decided I needed some tea syrup and decided to make some for myself.

I boiled 2 cups water and the added a t-sex with 4 teaspoons Persian Princess tea

It steeped for 3 minutes, then I removed the t-sac and boiled another 10 minutes

When that was finished I added a tablespoon or two of granulated sugar.

The end result was 1/2 cup of tea syrup. I added this to some soda stream carbonated water. I think my ratio was off as the tea spritzer was weak, and Persian Princess is NOT a weak tea.
