Amount: 3 teabags
Additives: 1 tsp German rock sugar
Water: 12 ounces filtered boiling
Steep Time: a little over 8 minutes
Served: Hot
Tasting Notes:
Dry Leaf Smell: lemon / citrus and earthy
Steeped Tea Smell: floral
Flavor: citrus, floral, earthy
Body: Medium
Aftertaste: lemon leafy bitter medicine tinge
Liquor: too dark a cup to tell
Finished off this tea!
I think 2 teabags worked better than 3, but overall it's still a OK tea, but not one I'll get again. There are so many good teas I won't settle for OK.
