Steep Time: a little over 5 minutes

Meh, it tastes good enough to drink, and is a bit more of a peppy tea than most caffeine free blends. I don't love it, I don't hate it. I think it needs to be a tea complimenting something, lemon cookies perhaps, rather than the main attraction.
