I just need to point out a very excellent piece of writing "Hacker's Guide to Tea"

It's a quick overview of tea, and is geared to beginners with a hacker spirit as a launch point (experiment, research!). He is very busy (and smart, and techie) and will hopefully start doing small but more in depth pieces thanks to the success of this first post.
