Description: Repeated roasting gives these leaves a rich, deep taste, with a hint of charcoal on the nose and no bitterness.
Zealong is grown naturally, without chemical sprays, fertilizers, additives, or other contaminants. Additionally, a strict quality assurance system has been implemented that meets the ISO22000 standard. This tea tended and picked by hand, and is processed to the world’s most stringent food safety standards.

Dry Leaf Smell: a little roasty, hints vegetal
Steeped Tea Smell: buttery vegetal
Flavor: roasty, lightly vegetal
Body: Medium
Aftertaste: roasty
Liquor: translucent light yellow-brown

Favorite Zealongs: Aromatic, Pure, and then Dark.

I don't love dark enough to swoon over it, but I do swoon over pure and aromatic.
