Essentially, you are drinking some of the freshest tea you will ever taste. In addition, this Sencha was grown on the esteemed Moriuchi tea farm, the same farm that has won first place at the prestigious World Green Tea Contest, the O-Cha Frontier Contest, and the Shizuoka Tea Auction. Be sure to drink this quickly - its flavor is at its peak right now.

Tasting Notes:
Dry Leaf Smell: fresh green, lush
Steeped Tea Smell: light, sweet, vegetal
Flavor: sweet, grassy, a little nutty
Body: Light
Aftertaste: toasty, slightly astringent
Liquor: translucent light green

very weak/watery

Co-Worker thought it smelled like a Chesapeake bay blue crab. Weird.
