As for this week’s tea, imagine homemade Strawberry Rhubarb Pie, encased in a delicious buttery pastry, full of sweet strawberries and tangy rhubarb. Now imagine that in a comforting mug or icy tumbler full of caffeine- and calorie-free honeybush. Can you imagine it? Well, you don’t have to imagine it, you can order it now. =)
Ingredients: honeybush, freeze-fried strawberries, organic flavors
Steep Information:
Amount: 4 tsp
Water: ~500ml at 212°F
Tool: Mesh basket strainer in mug

Tasting Notes:
Dry Leaf Smell: sweet strawberry, wood
Steeped Tea Smell: strawberry, rhubarb, summer
Flavor: sweet strawberry, then tart, then a hint woody

Liquor: Cloudy dark orange brown
