Description: This tea is made from a cultivar that can be harvested year-round- Si Ji Chun, which means four seasons like spring. It’s grown in Ming Jian Township in mountainous Nantou County, Taiwan. The mature leaves are lightly oxidized and rolled into ball shapes; as they open through multiple infusions, a sweet flavor and lush, orchidlike aroma is released.

Nantou, Taiwan - Unroasted, this Four Seasons is a perfect example of traditional, lightly oxidized Taiwanese oolong. Each sip is crisp, floral, and refreshing.

Very nice oolong, i prefer a silky mouthfeel to this slightly gritty one, but the flavor combination (sweet, floral and roasty) is what i love and expect from oolongs.

Resteep:
1000ml at 200°F for 3 minutes 30 seconds
more yellow brown than yellow green
less sweet, still delicious

a bit silkier actually

Resteep:
1000ml at 200°F for 4 minutes
now a light brown orange color
nuttier, roasty, hints of floral

Resteep:
1000ml at 200°F for 4 minutes 30 seconds
light brown orange color

A little washed out, not sure how many more steeps it can do, but work day is almost over so i may not find out.
