Description: This shaded tea is harvested using the stems from our ayame kabuse and kabuse leaf. Deep and savory with a sweet finish and a notable chewy mouthfeel (from the cellulose contained in the stems!). A great everyday tea/ alternative to pricier gyokuro.

Liquor: translucent light yellow green
